These tamales have been the "real deal" to me for many years! Not a fancy building, but easy to get to. Easy in--easy out! The staff is very friendly and so courteous! Lots of suggestions are always made. Definitely worth the short drive!

I am not a pork guy but on my the cracklings here are delicious. I cannot speak on the tamales since I haven't tried them, because the only tamales I will eat are my granny's. They're crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and very well seasoned. They also give you some hot sauce (Louisiana Hot Sauce?) with them and it takes them to the next level. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to satisfy their crackling craving.
Best cracklins you can buy. I go to all the good spots in Louisiana to buy cracklins but they don't get better than here. They always taste fresh, have a good crunch to them but with fat that melts and a lot of meat on them too Smoked boudain is the best in this area in my opinion
